PAY RENT
STEP 1: CLICK PAY RENT
Click the PAY RENT button above or go to rentpayment.com.
STEP 2: CLICK ACCOUNT LOGIN
On the RentPayment home screen, click the Account Login link at the top right.
STEP 3: CLICK NEW USER OR LOG IN
If you are a new user, click the button to SETUP ACCOUNT. If you are a returning user, simply log in to pay.
STEP 4: FIND YOUR PROPERTY
Search for your property by name.
STEP 5: CHOOSE YOUR SPACE
After finding your property, a new screen will show all available spaces. Select the property and click the Pay Now button on the right.
STEP 6: SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT
You will need your account number to finalize the set up of your account. Do NOT try to set it up using your name. If you do not know your account number, please contact us: 972-961-8532.
