Grant English brings over 13 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker. Grant joined Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in 2020 after working 10 years in Dallas with respected commercial firms such as CBRE, Transwestern and Venture Commercial.   Throughout his career, he has worked with a diversified mix of clients ranging from institutional landlords and mixed-use developers to local family offices and top-of-class tenants.  In 2017, Grant was recognized by D Magazine with the “Power Broker” award for his success working the Dallas urban core consisting of Deep Ellum, Cedars, Oak Cliff, Design District, Old East Dallas, Fair Park, Downtown and Uptown.  

 In addition to his expertise and depth of knowledge of those markets, Grant’s focus is the Wylie/Sachse area. Grant was appointed to serve as a member of the Rockwall Main Street Advisory Board. “I started my career in a very competitive commercial RE environment competing against some of the best commercial brokers and minds in the industry. Now I plan to use my training and experience to focus on emerging markets outside of the urban core.  One of the most appealing things about joining Ridge Pointe was getting to work with an experience-heavy firm based in such a rapidly growing area.”        

Grant holds a degree from Texas Tech University. Grant serves as a board member on the Rockwall Main Street Advisory Board and the Downtown Rockwall Parking Committee.
