Founded in Rockwall, Growing Across DFW
Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate was founded in downtown Rockwall in 2012, and we're still based in The Mercantile, just across from the historic courthouse. Living and working here gives us a home-field advantage in the Rockwall market.
Our reputation spread, and so did we. Today, we work with clients in Fort Worth, Denton, Midlothian, and beyond. Our brokers specialize in their own markets throughout the Metroplex.
As a full-service firm, we handle every business aspect of commercial real estate. Our services include tenant representation, project leasing, property management, and consulting. We also help clients buy or sell income properties and land.
Why Work With Us?
To the big firms, you’re a line on a spreadsheet. To us, you’re a neighbor.
You'll get the same expertise and muscle you'd expect from the big Dallas firms, paired with brokers who know your market firsthand. We bring decades of big-city experience to valuable submarkets that those firms tend to overlook, and we treat every deal like our reputation rides on it. Because here, it does.
With us, you’ll get straight answers. We won't oversell you or tell you what you want to hear. You get what's real, backed by deep knowledge of every submarket we work in.
When the right business lands in the right space, the whole community wins. That's the work that keeps clients across DFW coming back.
David has represented us on our Rockwall property for nearly twenty years. It’s great having local representation that understands the big picture. He has a unique ability to both network with national tenants and also to communicate effectively with local mom & pop users. Being an out-of-town landlord, it’s very comforting to have his eyes and ears on the ground in Rockwall looking after our interests.
