Full-Service Commercial Property Management in Rockwall & Beyond

When you choose Ridge Pointe Asset Management for property management, you get a team that knows what’s at stake, because we’re commercial property owners ourselves.

We bring that owner’s perspective to leasing, maintenance, financial reporting, and tenant relations, so you don’t have to juggle it all yourself.

Leave the details to us, and we’ll keep your property running as it should.

What We Handle

Leasing & Marketing

Vacant suites are a drain on resources. We market your property through professional signage, digital listings, and our local network, then work to fill it with quality tenants.

Our goal is to keep your property occupied, performing well, and generating steady income.

Maintenance & Oversight

We keep your property in top condition through regular inspections and proactive facility management, catching small issues before they become costly problems.

We also coordinate all your third-party vendors, from landscaping and trash to repairs and everything in between, so you never have to chase down a contractor.

Financial Reporting & Tenant Relations

Every month, you will receive clear financial reporting that includes accounting, payables, and receivables, so you always know exactly where your property stands.

We handle all tenant service requests and payments, and our regular on-site visits keep us close to your tenants and their needs. Happy tenants stay longer, and that protects your bottom line.

Your Property's in Steady Hands

Our property management team has had zero turnover. We've only grown. That means the people who get to know your property stay with it, year after year, and you never have to start over with someone new.

We've seen it all, too. From routine repairs to water damage, fire, and asbestos remediation, our team knows how to handle what comes up.

Jeff has been the President and property manager of The Mangrin Corporation from 1984 to present. The Mangrin Corporation was established in Dallas in 1954 to acquire, develop, lease and manage commercial real estate for a family trust and to provide detailed reports and communications. Consisting of retail, office, industrial and mini-storage units, the portfolio totals 200,000+ square feet and 12 properties.

Through the years, Jeff has performed every complex management function imaginable including ground up development, adaptive re-use development, façade renovations, interior finish-out, roofing replacement, foundation repair, fire restoration, asbestos abatement and rezoning issues.

In addition to Jeff’s extensive background in management and architecture, his foundation is based in strong customer service. He believes the best path to success is to put the client’s needs and interests first. “We listen to our clients and respond with custom solutions that have been developed from years of experience in the business. We treat every property like it was our own.”

David English

Principal

David specializes in the sale of income property, commercial land, project leasing and tenant representation. With 41+ years of experience, David has been involved in all phases of the commercial real estate business.

Complementing his work at Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate, David co-owns Ridge Pointe Asset Management with his longtime friend Jeff Grinnan. In a leadership role, he helps guide the firm’s direction and maintains a strong focus on delivering the outcomes clients expect.

Along with being voted “Best New Retail Development in DFW” for his work with the Bass Pro Shop development in Garland, TX, David has played a fundamental role in assembling valuable tracts of land for retail development on behalf of Costco, Rockwall Independent School District, Direct Development, and Briarwood Capital, among many others. The Rockwall Costco and Garland Bass Pro Shop developments remain two of the area's top sales tax generators.

David’s core belief and reason for starting Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in 2012 was to bring experienced, professional commercial real estate services to communities outside Dallas. "We feel there is a tremendous need for quality, community-based service aimed at areas often overlooked by urban-based firms. We view authentic customer service as a daily commitment and don’t believe it can be handled effectively from over an hour away or by a local novice with little to no experience in commercial real estate."

In addition to real estate, David mentors business students at Texas Tech University. On weekends, he enjoys country living with his wife and working with cows and horses.

David holds a Bachelor of Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from Texas Tech University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Texas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. D CEO Magazine annually recognizes him as a Power Broker.
